It's that time of year again, where your hair gets familiar with sea salt and sand while the ocean finds its way into your life.

Not a good hair day, you say? No problem. Simply throw on your most stylish Akubra yet, fancy sunnies and the rest is history! I always find it such a great styling tip, not to mention relief!, around needing to manage your hair on a hot summer day. Who is to know that you are actually having a bad hair day!

As beachwear attire, I always love going simple yet elegant. The fabrics say it all. Linen is alway a favourite of mine when near the ocean as it is so light and flowy. This way you can manage with long sleeves, a wide legged pantsuit whilst avoiding sunburns and protecting that skin of yours. Simply the best alternative. I opted to style the linen look with my leather metallic slip-ons to give my total look a modern twist. Again, if you do not own an Akubra hat, do so! Such a must in your wardrobe as part of a timeless piece which can really be styled with anything nowadays. It represents that one piece in your look which uplifts and makes the rest of your outfit look that much better.

Happy strut,

CCXO
